I used the snow on the dark green flower

I used the snow on the dark green flowers.

An idea for my Christmas card this year.

I colored this with my new markers, I was thinking about sprinkling the new flower soft I had on the tops of the leaves, but I don't think the green is bright enough to make it contrast. I guess I will have to try it to see.

Hi!

Hey I am back from the Land of goofed up computers and forgotten passwords. I finally went shopping and bought myself a new mac to work on. I LOVE it. Maybe Love is a strong word to be attached to a computer, but I do enjoy it a lot. I just thought I would update you on a few things. I hosted a cardswap today at my house. That was a huge amount of fun. I love my splitcoast friends! I will post some pictures from that later. I got a few new stamp supplies today. Some copic markers, some flower soft glue, some polar white flower soft, a house mouse stamp, some bo bunny cooking stamps and a refill for my glue glider pro. (gotta love that thing) They all came from scrapbookstoreatyourdoor.com. Can you tell I'm addicted to that place. Give it a try! you will love it too. LOL
I'm using "A Cardinal Christmas" from Stampin' UP for this years christmas card. Have you seen it yet? It's a wonderful stamp set. I just uploaded a picture I colored to maybe use as my image for the christmas card. My family is into birds. We sit in our breezeway and watch them a lot.

"May all the blessings of the season fill your heart and home with Joy!"

Sweet dreams
Sandy

Chili pepper stamp

I got this stamp from Wally world about 10-12 yrs ago. I used it for the first time yesterday. LOL. It is really for stamping on walls with paint.

Salad recipe

A card, a card, I really made a card...

I got a new stamp today also. I also got a new set of copic markers. They are the atyouSpica markers set B. I love them so much. Can you see the sparkles in the peppers? And the glitter in the fire? I colored the mouse with my Bic markers. I know not nearly as cool as my new ones, but they were all I could find without making a lot of noise. It is midnight after all. LOL. I got my new markers from.... you guessed it.... www.scrapbookstoreatyourdoor.com

pasta con Broccoli recipe card

I have a new stamp set. I got it from scrapbookstoreatyourdoor.com today. I may revisit this card and stamp on it a bit.

Individual Beef Wellington.

ok I dearly love this recipe. In 1994, my sister had the family over for new years eve dinner. She bought us Beef Wellington. I fell in love with it. Honestly I have no idea what it tasted like, I haven't eaten it since, but I do remember liking it a lot. I finally decided to look this up on the internet and I made it for the family. I changed it a little bit. I used chicken and left out the wine. But it is a wonderful recipe.

strawberry cheesecake muffins

this is a recipe card for strawberry cheesecake muffins. I used my tart and tangy stamp set from stampin up for the strawberry and then A clear stamp set I picked up from somewhere for the muffin.

chopped Salad recipe card revisited

This is another option I used to make my Chopped Salad recipe card.

Cover page.

I used my old creative memories stickers to write kiss the cook on this one. I also used a clear stamp to stamp the spiral. The paper is old creative memories also. This is actually a clear album the dark flower and the buttons are on the acrylic.

sour cream mashed potaotes

I didn't really stamp on this one. I just used the dreadfull ranger distress ink pad I have. Lol. This one was Worn lipstick. I just put the stamp pad on the paper and made it work.

Chopped Salad recipe card

I I used the clear stamp that Julie gave me for my birthday. Isn't it wonderful? I just love the butterfly. Julie has some of the best stuff in her store for recipe swaps. Check it out... www.scrapbookstoreatyourdoor.com
